Examples of service provided

A customer moving into the pre-production stage of their project had been let down by their filter supplier who were no longer able to
supply the product they had initially supplied for prototype. Working only from frequency response plots provided by the customer Raydian
was able to re-create an equivalent product and supply a prototype for evaluation in less than 2 weeks. Working with the customer a slight
modification was introduced and then the project was able to continue into the pre-production stage. Raydian’s rapid response ensured that
the project timescales were unaffected.

A customer who had invested time and technical expertise into their current filter provider over a number of years found that changes in
management at their supplier had rendered their own products extremely vulnerable. Raydian was able to draw on past experience and technical
expertise to adopt the customer requirements and knowledge to fast-track designs and re-establish a stable source of supply

equivalent filter, moreover Raydian were able to offer significant savings on price instead of holding the customer to ransom.
